Role: Sr Business Analyst with automobile EXP Job Description: We are looking for a versatile Senior Business Analyst to join our Data Intelligence & Analytics Product Team at Client a self-starter who has a knack for analyzing, improving, and documenting business processes and is passionate about data and continuous improvement within our ecosystem of software products. The Senior Business Analyst - Data Platform is an essential piece of Clients digital transformation journey to take our products to the next level and deliver a world-class customer experience to all our customers. This individual works directly with customers, product and engineering teams, as well as a centralized voice for Client data on the Data Governance Committee. The Senior Business Analyst - Data Platform, reports directly to the Director of Product, Data Platform to drive innovation, scalability, and unlock value within our enterprise data platform. This individual will collaborate with product managers and engineering teams across the Product & Technology organization to identify and drive data platform improvements while enabling the use of our data for analytics, intelligence, and product innovation. Key Responsibilities: Understand and document business system needs and priorities from Client Product & Engineering teams and other stakeholders Utilize data queries, reporting and analysis to recommend solutions that build efficiencies, eliminate manual processes, and support strategic, operational needs Gather and document data consumption, pipeline, and onboarding requirements for the platform engineering team Key member of the Data Governance Committee to produce usable, trusted, and secure data for our product portfolio Define as-is vs. to-be processes, write test scripts, create documentation, conduct training, and provide change management resources while support deployments and relevant cutover activities Analyze business systems to define current and future optimized states while clearly communicating the changes Communicating priorities and risks to stakeholders and leadership Key stakeholder or owner for internal and customer-facing data projects Help execute business system transformation strategy by synthesizing and analyzing external and internal data Lead or participate in business transformation discussions and make recommendations based on research, analysis, and product expertise. Build reports that surface actionable insights for product and engineering stakeholders to drive innovation in their domains. Create, maintain, and communicate data product documentation and catalogs, Authoring / grooming features / stories with engineering team, and collaborating with UX / Architecture / Engineering / Ops Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science, Business, or related field 7+ years of experience in quantitative, qualitative, and statistical methods 5+ years managing medium to large-scale projects, conducting thorough analysis to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment with business requirements and organizational priorities 3+ years of data governance experience where you managed the availability, usability, integrity, and security of enterprise data Advanced skills in creating process flow designs, mapping and visualization in tools such as Miro, Visio Data-driven and growth mindset cdkglobal.com Firm understanding of data processing and storage tools including ETL jobs, Snowflake, Databricks, batch / streaming data, relational databases, NOSQL, APIs, Data visualization and different means of sharing data Expert in advanced SQL to extract business value and insights Flexible and versatile in working in fast-paced, growth environments Seasoned in presenting your findings to internal partners, customers, and leadership Clear and concise written and verbal communication Experience collaborating with product management to influence strategy and Roadmaps Preferred Qualifications: MBA or Graduate Degree Experience in collaborating with offshore agile team Thanks, Ramesh, [email protected] Keywords: user experience Need - Sr Business Analyst with Scrum Master with automobile industry - Long term Contract.
