| Title: Project Manager/Generative AI Client: Johnson and Johnson Visa: USC,GC,GC-EAD Location: LOCAL to the NEW YORK or NEW JERSEY area and COMMUTE into the office THREE TIMES A WEEK. NO RELOCATION CONSIDERED Duration: 6+ month Interview: Phone/Skype Job description- *** We need: A senior Project Manager who has RECENT experience managing Generative AI projects on an enterprise level. Candidates need to have experience with Generative AI techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and reinforcement learning . **Candidates must have Long Projects/Good Tenure, Excellent communication skills and a State issued ID (Not Bills) showing they are Local. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Generative AI projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, engineers, designers, and product managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project success. Manage project resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and equipment. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages experimentation and learning. Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in Generative AI and apply best practices to project management processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on AI or machine learning projects. Strong understanding of Generative AI techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and reinforcement learning. Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
