Minimum 10+ years experience required Client: Prudential Location: Remote - Preferred from NYC area, should be able to come to office a few times a quarter Duration: 6+ Months Visa: NO H1B/CPT MOI: Skype Must Have: Local DL and LinkedIn Is Must Looking for 4 levels of FAST Configuration SMEs. Must have experience with Life or Annuity implementation and enhancements on the FAST Policy Administration System 5+ years leading product design and configuration on FAST in Life and/or Annuities What youll bring with You: 7+ Years experience with Life and Annuity Product implementation and enhancement on the FAST Policy Administration System. Extensive FAST Configuration expertise and leadership with a focus on Product Configuration Coordination of complete Product solutions across teams and systems FAST Configuration, Integration, FAST Core Changes. Team Leadership, coaching, and configuration design review. Set and maintain configuration standards and best practices. Expertise in FAST and Insurance Ecosystem development and deployment for new Products and Product enhancements. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent/related degree required. Insurance product knowledge, focused on Life and Annuities is required. Insurance operations experience with a focus on policy administration and business processes is desired. Experience working with actuaries, technical resources, and back-office service providers. Expertise with life and annuity business processes, business architecture and operational support Proficiency with MS Excel is required. Ability to work both as an individual contributor and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellence in problem solving, understanding the big picture and a focus on details.
