Contributing to documentation and knowledge transfer. Mandatory Skills & Experience: Bachelors Degree in relevant fields like Computer Science or Business Administration. Minimum of 7 years of experience in large-scale IT projects. Proficiency in database management systems and SQL scripting. Analysis and understanding of data structures. Troubleshooting skills for data conversion issues. Strong communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Understanding of sensitive data handling. Expertise in SQL programming. Experience in completing SQL scripts within deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience in multi-vendor project teams. Technical understanding of data conversion projects. Experience in programming languages and technologies like J2EE/Java, JBoss application servers, JDBC, MS-SQL, PL/SQL, and XML.
