The consultants need to be able to drive the business process. They do not need to have SAP by Design experience, but they do need to have SAP experience. They are not looking for these consultants to configure or put these processes in SAP By Design. There will be some travel to Dallas and Phoenix to view the plants (Kitchens) and see how their current processes work.
