This hybrid role offers a blend of onsite collaboration (3 days/week) and remote flexibility (2 days/week). Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience performing similar duties, including SCCM expertise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ITIL experience and understanding of change management processes. Some networking experience for troubleshooting SCCM distribution issues. Familiarity with Elevated Privileged Management systems (similar to CyberArk EPM). Some experience with Flexera Application Portal (a plus). Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (a plus). Experience with application imaging. Experience working in the oil and gas industry (a plus).
