Only US Citizen Must have State or Federal exp 5+ Role: Sr. Delivery Manager Location: Herndon, VA (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract Visa: US Citizen Task Description: As a Sr. Delivery Manager (Sr. DM), you will lead a portfolio of project work streams that create new and enhanced functionality/modules for the HR LOB Shared Service Center, built on the Oracle PeopleSoft platform. The Sr. DM will lead the overall project of functional analysts, system developers, and change management experts, providing Federal HR and talent transformation expertise, acting as the primary customer and stakeholder interface, and managing financial health of the overall project. The Sr. DM will manage the schedule, cost, and risks of the overall HR LOB project. Troubleshoots issues that arise across the project. Required skills/Level of Experience: Experience Work on mid to large-scale projects of moderate or greater complexity, involving multiple customer stakeholders and a distributed, cross-functional team including subcontractors and part-time Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications 7+ years Experience working directly with Stat/Federal level clients 5+ years. Strong analytical skills; ability to research issues and provide solutions 5+ years Engage with client stakeholders and customers to determine appropriate process improvements 10+ years Capacity and willingness to learn complex business rules and apply them to system processes and support 10+ years Agile management experience (e.g., as a scrum master, scrum business analyst, etc) Project management experience (e.g., as project manager, or business analyst) Excellent communications and consulting skills are necessary 5+ years demonstrated experience with project reporting, creating project dashboards Ability to work with MS Office tools such as Ms Office Suite, Power Point, Excel, Ms Word Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment. Understanding of Agile fundamentals and Scrum Framework.
