Expertise in requirement Gathering, Documenting- BRD, FSD for RICEF objects. Well versed with all phases of ASAP Methodology - AS-IS/TO-BE, Blueprint, Gap Analysis, Go-Live. Involved in two full life cycle implementation projects and post implementation support Projects. Work in Discrete, Repetitive Manufacturing environments and Process Industries. Expertise with entire cycle of PP from Forecasting, SOP, and long-term Planning, Demand Management, MRP, MPS and Shop floor control and execution activities. Strong configuration and implementation experience of PP Master Data, Planning Strategies, Lot sizing procedures, Product Costing, Back flushing, Capacity planning and ECM. Experience in manufacturing and supply chain processes from sales order entry through production to shipment of finished goods. Work in Material Management-Inventory Management, Purchasing. Work on Purchase Info records, Vendors account groups, Release strategies , STOs, Subcontracting Purchase Orders, Consignment, deliveries, and Batch Management. Work in Quality Management-Inspection plans, Inspection characteristic, Results recording, Defects recording and Usage decisions in integration with PP and MM modules. Participate in Data Migration and Data conversion of Master Data using LSMW, BDC procedures, SCATT for PP & MM modules. Used technical objects like BADI and User exits for enhancements and BAPI for interfacing. Expert in Unit testing, Integration testing and User-acceptance testing. Efficient in trouble shooting problems, providing training and support to end-users. Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical, organizational, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
