Please Follow As Per below JD Candidates Must be Local to Texas Only Required Experience with 1 or more of the state of Texas government agencies Candidates Must be Local to Texas Only Only State Medicaid Experience Candidates Workable Experience in performing complex business analysis and writing technical documentation. Experience utilizing business analysis skills and interacting with business end users to gather, validate and document business requirements and translate into technical solutions to satisfy the business needs to technical staff. Experience analyzing program policies, business processes and procedures, and developing & maintaining the related functional and technical documentation. Experience performing review and approval processes of complex technical user and system requirements written by vendors. Experience in effective general written/oral communication, including documenting requirements, deliverables, test scenarios and project status. Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, etc.). Experience coordinating and developing test plans/strategies, exit criteria and test scenarios. Experience executing detailed test cases within a complex software environment. Experience using testing management software. Experience reporting project status to management including risks, issues, and key decisions. Experience identifying project risks and issues; and developing/implementing mitigation strategies. Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management software. Experience utilizing the Agile software development methodology. Experience with business process analysis including developing and maintaining "as-is" and "to-be" business process diagrams.
