Doesn't want people to say "we have a team who handles those decisions" wants a leader, interested in their thought process behind transferring code. Wants candidates to have experience with AWS. Be able to drive the team to a better solution. Looking for at least 7 years of automated experience, not manual testing. Peer review coding. Needs experience in java. Interested in different methods and how candidates can propose different solutions or environments. Talked through some interview questions of traceability of automation referenced cucumber tool. Asked questions regarding Java- she doesnt want the definition, is looking more so for how candidates use this process in their daily workflow.
