Your responsibilities will include: Acting as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) Supply Chain to clients during implementation projects. Demonstrating proficiency in Supply Chain Management, including Product Information Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management. Owning the overall technical solution strategy, architecture, design, and oversight for enhancing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Leading complex demonstrations and workshops to showcase end-to-end solutions and enable clients to identify and implement solutions effectively. Managing project stages, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources. Requirements: Experience working onsite at client locations. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) Supply Chain application, with a minimum of 15 years in the IT industry and at least 5 years specifically in architecting, solutioning, and implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain solutions. Proven track record of successful implementation projects. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Stakeholder management and change management skills. Proven business development experience. Bonus Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) Solution Architect Expert and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain intermediate product-specific certifications.
