If you have any matching profiles please get in touch with me Job Title Oracle HCM FAW Administrator "ROLE" as per TCS Role Master Administrator Candidate for this position to be offered with TAIC or TCSL as Entity TCSL Relevant Experience : (in Yrs) 8+ Years Work Location (State, City and Zip) CA, El Segundo, 90245 - Remote Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Minimum 6+ years of experience as FAW Administrator with expertise in application inst upgrades, and system configuration changes. Experience in Development and support for integration of FAW HCM (Human Capital Management) data model and data pipelines Managing users, groups, application roles and data access Customize Oracle FAW as per client needs Partnering with reporting and analytics stakeholders to build HCM Analytics on OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud) Participation in each phase of FAW HCM module (e.g., requirements gathering, planning-analysis-design, architect-build-deploy, Strong grasp of core data warehouse concepts and design paradigms Solid understanding of Oracle's analytics offerings including Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Ora Integrator (ODI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) Demonstrated abilities: defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining procedures, and implementing practical business solutions. Certified as Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse Solution Engineer Specialist Should have experience working with Oracle team on Product bugs. Should have experience working with Oracle on FAW patching and post patching validation. Experience Required 8+ Years Roles & Responsibilities Lead and own all technical aspects of FAW HCM implementations and / or customizations including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom development Manage data model, data pipelines, security and perform any customizations. Partnering with OAC analytics team to build HCM Analytics and provide support on aspects such as data model changes and security configuration. Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement) CICD/Release Management Identification of risks and issues from technical perspective. Change Control/Change Management Generic Managerial Skills Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code Knowledgeable of Agile Concepts and Toolsets (Sprint Planning, User Stories, and/or Jira, etc.) Strong understanding of company and Industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery Ability to effectively interface with all departments within an organization and IT Ability to work with limited supervision, having significant latitude for independent judgment High-Level communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to senior management Strong skills in Data feed Access Control Calculations Data Driven Events Custom Objects and Reporting Education B.E, B.
