The Manager-IS role is a key leader in our organization who works closely with leaders across the system to enhance and build our data and analytics ecosystem. The successful person in this role will have experience leading teams of data analysts and developers to discover, translate, and build analytics products. Having a customer centric approach and experience in a healthcare setting will be very beneficial in this role. Being familiar with the healthcare data challenges that shape our analytics and skills in Agile, Microsoft DevOps, SQL, Project Management, and stakeholder management are essential to being successful in IU Healths data driven culture. Required Skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering IT products, specifically in the technical areas of Analytics, MDM, Data Governance. 5+ years of managing multiple people in a large company environment. 5+ years of experience managing Agile development teams, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to prioritize competing demands. Experience working in healthcare is a plus, but not required Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are desirable. Some combination of the following certifications/coursework is preferred: PMP, ITIL, Six-Sigma/continuous improvement/quality training, Agile Methodologies, CCNA, VCP, CISA, CISSP, or vendor-specific SAN/NAS training.
