| From: Satya Thanesh, Phasorsoft Group LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job title : AX Developer(D365 AX Developer) Location: Remote with occasional travel Position: Contract (C2C/W2) JD: About the Role: As an IT AX Developer, you will be integral to our team, reporting directly to the Director of Information Technology. Your focus will be on leveraging your expertise to optimize our Dynamics 365 environment, supporting its administration, and integrating it with other systems. Key Responsibilities: Operate and optimize our Microsoft D365 environment within the O2C High Radius Project. Collaborate with internal and external partners to design, develop, and implement enhancements within D365, including modifications, reporting, and integrations. Configure and develop the D365 environment in alignment with business needs, compliance requirements, and day-to-day operations. Conduct business requirements analysis and gap/fit analysis to ensure D365 meets project needs. Document functional requirements and software designs. Stay updated on development strategies, platform updates, and technical tools to enhance solution quality and support. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of Dynamics 365/AX development experience, including X++ programming. Proficiency in Object-Oriented SQL, scripting automation, and SSRS report development. Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365/AX, X++, Azure DevOps, API Management, Service Bus, and SQL. Experience with D365 installation/configuration, user groups, security, and database connections. Thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX functionalities (order management, procurement, inventory, fulfillment, manufacturing, financials). Familiarity with AX technology stack and development methodologies. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Capable of maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnostics. Preferred Skills : Certification in Dynamics AX Development and Installation/Configuration. Knowledge of High Radius is advantageous. Location and Travel Remote or hybrid work environment. Up to 10% travel required, including potential international travel when needed.
