System Cybersecurity Engineer Job Title: System Cybersecurity Engineer Client is expanding its Automotive cybersecurity capabilities within its engineering teams. We are dedicated to innovation and excellence in developing secure systems for the automotive industry. Responsibilities: As a System Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for aiding system cybersecurity initiatives, including but not limited to: Creating and maintaining ISO/SAE 21434 compliant threat models. Determining, documenting, and communicating cybersecurity relevance. Identifying cybersecurity assets and damage scenarios. Performing threat analysis and risk assessments (TARA). Defining cybersecurity goals, controls, and requirements. Documenting and presenting cybersecurity evidence. Supporting engineering launch teams by informing and analyzing the cybersecurity of system architectures and requirements. Developing and maintaining cybersecurity requirements specifications and traceability. Reviewing cybersecurity requirements with verification and validation teams and supporting the development of cybersecurity test cases. Facilitating cybersecurity discussions between product stakeholders and engineering disciplines. Job Requirements: Skills and Qualifications: Experience in system software engineering with demonstrable cybersecurity experience, specifically in threat analysis and risk assessments (TARA). Experience in threat modeling within the automotive industry. Proficiency in writing requirements and cybersecurity controls. Strong awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques. Experience with JIRA, DOORS, and familiarity with embedded software. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
