Detailed understanding about various IBM Maximo functional configurations such as asset configuration, location configuration, start center configuration and workflow configuration. Must be aware of IBM Maximo AWM work and its limitations. Should be able to develop various configurations and data loaders as per business requirement. Conduct design workshops to obtain client requirements and map requirements to solutions. Design EAM solutions for work, asset, and inventory management tailored to client needs. Provide guidance to technical team to ensure continuity between design and development. Validate technical solutions to ensure completeness before client delivery. Provide guidance to client leadership, stakeholders, and SMEs at both strategic and tactical levels. Possess strong knowledge of work management, asset management and inventory management practices and associated Maximo modules. Experience in On-premise / Cloud.
