| USC/GC Title : Project Manager Location : Chicago, IL 60607 Hybrid Onsite 3 days per week Contract | 6+ Months Job Description Project Overview / Contractor's Role: Principal role is managing incidents as part of the Incident Management team in Wealth Management. Provides guidance to others and where necessary, will consult with Wealth Management and the Incident Management Manager(s) as a liaison with client Executives. Solves complex issues and works independently. May lead projects and/or have accountability for on-going activities or objectives. Experience Level: 3 Qualifications: > 8+ years of related experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Risk, or Controls. > Strong knowledge of crisis management, disaster, and business recovery and continuity management > Strong knowledge of Wealth Management products and services, including Trust, Investment, Banking, or Brokerage. > Deep understanding of risk management practices including cyber security and how they apply in Financial Servicesorganizations including the impact of regulation on operational resiliency matters > Experience supporting the implementation of projects and working with cross-functional teams. > Working knowledge of technologies relevant to responsibilities > Strong understanding of data analytics and related tools including Power BI > Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills > Ability to drive to execution. > Applies knowledge of key business drivers and the factors that maximize department performance.
