Position Type: Contract Locations: Augusta, ME (Onsite) Exp.: 10+ This position will assist with developing and improving data quality from the organization's application and infrastructure inventory systems. Included but not limited to, data requirements gathering, ability to improve data, and preform cleanup. This position will partner closely with server administrators and application product managers to correlate data from each siloed databases, identify any additional gaps and work to improve data accuracy. This position will assist various stakeholders with data visualization, providing consumable dashboards for ongoing projects. Skill 1: obtain, synthesize, and integrate a broad range of data Skill 2: identify and track key metrics Skill 3: willingness and ability to manually improve data Requirements: Partner with Infrastructure and Application teams to carry out data collection and data clean-up of application and server inventories Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions Structure large data sets to find usable information Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings willingness and ability to manually improve data or automate data improvements where necessary. obtain, synthesize, and integrate a broad range of data identify and track key metrics willingness and ability to manually improve data Skills/Qualifications: Technical writing skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to set and meet deadlines Ability to work in high-pressure situations Reporting and data visualization skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to obtain, synthesize, and integrate a broad range of data, including locations, application ID, contacts, application type, etc. Ability to identify and track key metrics that can be used to accurately represent industry trends and/or areas of specific interest. Knowledge of licensing, compliance, and enforcement processes. Knowledge of data warehousing techniques. Knowledge of data reporting techniques.
