From: Shiva Chauhan, Tek Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, Hope you are doing well, Please check the below job description and let me know if you have any suitable candidate for the same: System Analyst/Engineer (Microsoft Active Directory) Location- Hybrid with 4 days onsite (JAB) Quincy, MA (ideally we are looking for a local candidate and they will want an on-site interview; if we have to do a candidate that will relocate for day 1 I will push for virtual interviews however it is ALWAYS going to be preferred for a local candidate) 6+ months Start/End Dates: 5/9/2024 - 12/31/2024 Job Description: Technical skills: Minimum of 5 years - direct experience building and supporting Microsoft Active Directory in large enterprise environments 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft ADFS 5+ years supporting Microsoft Server (various versions) Troubleshooting skills & methodology Working knowledge of DNS & WINS Experience working on Security initiatives related to Active Directory. Ability to work across technology teams when required. Experience working on large projects in AD or ADFS engineering role Soft skills: Good communications skills - both verbal and written Able to work within documented procedure scope in technical realm High level of self-motivation Works very well in teams of technical people Positive attitude toward learning new things technical and non-technical Able to work off-hour shifts during change windows when required (nights, weekends) Process Skills: Understanding of ITIL processes including CMDB & change controls Experience working in regulated environment Questions For Suppliers: What are the top 3 must-haves you will be looking for in the resumes/interviews for this role What type of software skills is an absolute must have Strong Active Directory knowledge Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience Good Team player What are the top 3 nice to have that would separate a successful candidate from their competition Positive attitude toward learning new things technical and non-technical Able to work off-hour shifts during change windows when required (nights, weekends) Ability to work across technology teams when required What type of background would you like this person to have How many years of experience are required Strong Active Directory background with minimum 5 years of experience Is this role supporting a specific project or initiative, which project or initiative is this role supporting Enterprise Resiliency initiative What will the interview process look like (phone screen, face to face, meet with team, how many rounds, etc) Is there a test in the interview the candidate should be prepared for Zoom calls followed with face to face 1-2 rounds. What are the working hours, time zone Hybrid or remote If hybrid, how many days onsite Mon to Friday (8AM to 5PM) with weekend work possible for change implementations. EST time zone. Hybrid with 4 days onsite (JAB) What is the duration of this contract and is there a chance it will be extended End of Sept 2024, do not expect to be extended. What training will be provided for this contractor and what are first day expectations Person will shadow existing resources working on this project to understand process and procedures.
