Would like candidates close to a Multiplan office to be onsite 1x/month but certainly not required Start: ASAP Duration: 3 +month contract to hire (130K) Important Skills Technical .NET and React Soft understand requirements correctly. Start convos with BA and PO if they dont receive requirements, design skills for the correct requirements for end to end development Interview Process: 1st round, 90-120 mins technical (live coding assessment with simple code) for .NET and REACT knowledge. 2nd round, 90 min with Architect and Manager with concepts, thought process, approach, and design. Round 3, 60 min is cultural fit with 2 managers. Background Check + Drug Test (if applicable): yes Hours / Shift (if applicable): 7am CST start 3pm CST Must Haves: React .NET Plus: Kubernetes Healthcare payer / insurance industry Day to Day: Project is in flight, looking to integrate by mid-August, and release into production in October. The role is working on upgrading a claims portal for claims appeals and balanced billing, and will be developed in 40% react, 60% .NET. Once portal is complete, REACT goes away and .NET is prevalent. This .NET Developer will work with a BA, Product Owner, and Architect to deliver on requirements that allows providers and members access to accept or negotiate claims appeals.
