Seven or more years of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment in each of all of the following knowledge areas (as defined by the International Institute of Business Analysis A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge {BABOK Guide}): Business analysis planning and monitoring Elicitation and collaboration Requirements life cycle management Strategy analysis Requirements analysis and design definition Solution evaluation Seven or more years of experience in reading and creating SQLs. Seven or more years of experience utilizing an understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and table structure. Four or more years of experience supporting the development of other functional staff. Four or more years of experience managing functional resources in a PeopleSoft environment. Two or more years of experience providing knowledge transfer on new technologies and/or the developed application to other business analysts. Seven years of experience supporting a pension benefit administration solution in a government setting. Seven years experience performing complex data conversion and data quality analysis, particularly in transforming legacy data to a customized PeopleSoft system. Five years experience in data loading, data mapping and data validation in an Oracle PeopleSoft based system. Five years experience with Oracle Business Projects and Case Crosswalk functionality. Experience performing or supporting complex analysis of accounting and tax functionality and in Financials, particularly with 1099s and calendar year end activities.
