Overview:
 Our client is looking for a Dynamics 365 Lead for a HYBRID position based out of Richmond,
VA.           

Responsibilities:

Looking for a D365 Lead to spearhead the deployment, customization, and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects especially in the Customer Engagement (CE) module.

This role involves leading the implementation, and continuous improvement of the CRM system to enhance business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, Dataverse, and the ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.

Aid in the requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of D365 solutions. 

Serves as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all CRM development related issues, concerns, and needs.

Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Customer Service and Power Apps/Automate development.

Design, develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and C#.

Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.

Strong experience with troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement
fixes.

Manage entity ownership; manage entity properties; understand system and custom entities.

Implement workflows; identify workflow types; implement dialogs and custom actions; identify when to use business process flows, workflow dialogs, and custom actions.

Create business process flows; enable business process flows; work with steps, stages, and categories; work with multiple entities; use conditional branching; implement role-driven business
process flows.

Strong knowledge of Microsofts licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platforms use.

Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage.

Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of Power Platform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs.

Function as a liaison between IT and the business units; serve as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.

Assist customers in discerning between Dynamics 365/PowerApps/Power Automate and other technology offerings when gathering requirements; identify efficient solutions and recommend alternatives
to meet business needs.

Contribute to improving our processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program.

Preferred Experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator)

Requirements:

8 Years
 Experience with creating and managing of solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM customer
service.    

8 Years
 Experience with customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug-Ins,
Workflows, and BDFs in D365.    

8 Years 
 
Custom development experience
using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.    

5 Years
 Experience as a D365 Technical Lead.

3 Years 

 Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.

3 Years 
Experience with using standard and premium connectors with PowerApps
and Power Automate.
