Role: BPC BADI consultant (Media and Entertainment Industry exp is must) Location: Remote must work PST hours Duration- 6+ months BPC Backend Responsibilities: (Must have ) Strong ABAP experience with OOPS concepts: Need to have a strong understanding of ABAP programming concepts, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS). Required to develop custom ABAP programs and BADI implementations to meet specific requirements. BPC script logic and BADI implementation. Responsible for creating and implementing BPC script logic and BADI implementations to meet specific business requirements. This will involve designing and developing custom business rules, calculations, and other logic. SAP BW modeling and integration with BPC: Responsible for designing and developing data models, InfoProviders, and DataSources within SAP BW. Also need to ensure that the BPC solution is integrated with SAP BW. Proficient in ABAP related to BW Need to be proficient in ABAP programming related to SAP BW, including developing custom transformations, DTPs, and Process Chains. Also need to be familiar with SAP BW data modeling concepts, such as InfoObjects, InfoAreas, and ADSOs. BW/4 modeling experience is preferred. Strong FP&A functional knowledge/experience. Required to have strong functional knowledge and experience in Finance, Planning, and Analysis (FP&A). Experience with the media industry is preferred. #JD 2 SAP BPC Consultant location: remote, must work PST Hours duration is more than 6 months Media and Entertainment Exp is must BPC Frontend Responsibilities: (Must Have) 1. Strong FP&A functional knowledge/experience: Should have strong FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) functional knowledge/experience. This includes understanding financial planning processes, financial reporting, and budgeting. This will involve understanding financial and accounting concepts, such as profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow, and being able to translate them into technical requirements. Experience with media industry is preferred. 2. Develop and configure BPC solutions: Should have strong development experience in SAP BPC-EPM, leveraging EPM excel functions and report editor. They should also have basic SAP BPC configuration skills, such as configuring business rules, script logics, business process flows (BPFs), and work status. 3. Excel proficiency: Should be proficient in excel, as it is a critical tool for developing BPC solutions. They should be able to create and manipulate spreadsheets, use advanced excel functions, and develop macros. 4. Experience with integrating offline excel workbooks with EPM: Should have experience with integrating offline excel workbooks with EPM. This includes setting up data imports and exports, creating data maps, and managing data sources. 5. Experience with linking macros with EPM: Should have experience with linking macros with EPM. This includes creating macros that automate data entry, validation, and reporting processes. BPC Backend Responsibilities: (Must Have) 1. MUST HAVE - strong FP&A background and expertise with planning / forecasting with SAC and explain the basics e.g. how a data action is written in SAC MUST HAVE - We are looking for a SME who can support business as a solution architect for planning & forecasting using SAC and has worked with different planning applications in the past. MUST HAVE - stronger hands-on Planning expertise with SAC and business communication. Job description 10-12 years consulting experience in SAP FP&A CapEx, OpEx, P&L Planning & Forecasting--------MUST HAVE TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management through data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning, and reporting company financial performance across all Free Cash Flow KPIs to achieve financial targets by synthesizing data into meaningful conclusions and recommendations. Experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large global public company. Ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Having good experience in leading client discussions, requirements gathering and solutioning. Lead the effort to design, build and configure SAC applications for reporting. Good functional knowledge in financial statements and financial planning (Opex, Capex, HC, Revenue etc). Involved in analyzing report requirements, conducting discussions with clients to address gaps, and reviewing functional specs. Perform report tool fitment, design model architecture & lead reporting development. Good experience in creating both Analytic and Planning models based on sources like S/4HANA, BW, HANA. Good experience in creating stories for both reports and dashboards covering complex calculations, cross calculations, dynamic time calculations etc. Good experience in advanced planning scenarios like writing advanced data action scripts, allocations, cross copy, formulas etc. Good experience working with value driver trees, predictive forecasting, smart predict and smart insight. Experience in integrating SAC with different sources like S/4HANA, BW, OData services, HANA etc. Experience in working with SAC Excel add in and Analysis Office. Good exposure in troubleshooting data issues and provide workarounds in cases where there are product limitations. Good exposure with SAC security setup, data locking, currency conversion, planning process. Good exposure with developing analytical applications using scripts for tailored dashboards.
