US Citizen only Must have experience in Workday with HR data, SQL Query is a plus. 5 years of experience is the minimum in a Data Governance role Bring experience working at a large company (over 1000 people) They will be dealing with 12000 people in the Land acquisition divisions Main purpose: Clean-up Workday, diagnose the problem, define governance structure, clean up data, put in checks and balances to stay within new structure Job description: 1. Cleaning up existing workday data 2. Creating standards for everyone to follow 3. Creating an auditing process so we do not fall back into the bad data trap 4. Must have strong Workday abilities, cross-functional stakeholder management, ability to get large groups to a decision, influence skills with HRIS team.
