The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong foundation in Python, PySpark, Databricks, and MongoDB. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines and solutions that drive insights and decision-making across our organization. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design scalable data pipelines. Develop and maintain ETL processes using PySpark and other relevant technologies. Work with large datasets efficiently, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security. Optimize and tune data pipelines for performance and reliability. Implement and maintain data storage solutions, including MongoDB databases. Support data analysis and reporting activities by providing timely access to relevant data. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering or a related role. Proficiency in Python programming language. Strong working knowledge of PySpark and Databricks. Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
