Continually work with stakeholder users to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Advise stakeholders on industry standards to provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes. Develop and implement solutions. Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions. Design and implement requirements in Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Leave and Absence solutions. Understand and utilize Workday's Implementation Methodology and advise HR and users on best practice. Manage configuration tasks within Workday Management and administration of Workday modules and subsystems. Assist with data corrections or data transfer, drive consistent practice with other Workday users. Manage data integrity; including developing audit strategy and schedules, conduct data audits, research appropriate actions Partner with applicable HR functional resources for data integrity and process resolution.
