Travel requed once in 6 to 8 weeks. Expenses Paid. . Minimum of 7 years of experience is required. Preferred 7-10+ years of experience in application development and/or support with experience in SQL Server, Oracle, Java, Power, and Windows Server 2012/2016. 5+ years of experience in configuration and/or support of Supply Chain Planning software (OMP preferred or APO, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Infor, etc.) Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Sales & Operations Planning Strong preference for OMP Pivot configuration and OPAL macro programming language experience. Hands on experience with SAP PP-PI (Production Planning - Process Industries) and MM (Materials Management) Proven ability working with cross-functional teams, as well as working independently to solve complex problems. Experience with MES preferred. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred. Experience with Transportation Management Systems preferred. 1. Provides support / maintenance for OMP Supply Chain Planning, SAP Manufacturing, and related processes. This includes reacting to alerts, service desk tickets and participating in after hours on call support. Coordinates with IT colleagues and external partners to proactively approach issues and determine the impact of changes in other areas and to mitigate risk and communicate to business partners as needed. This includes working with both onshore and offshore resources to delegate tasks and provide training to help with support coverage. 25-30% 2. Works with business partners to diagnose, document and resolve issues related to OMP and SAP Manufacturing; document technical solutions and processes for collaboration with developers and IT support resources, consultants,and managed service providers. 25% 3. Works with business partners to understand their needs / requirements for new / changed functionality. Analyzesdetailed business / functional / technical requirements and specifications for applications in your area. Creates, configures, or enhances applications or reports to improve the efficiency of business operations. Coordinates withdevelopment resources and external partners on the identification, development, and prioritization of enhancements to the application, systems, or platform. 25-30% 4. Leads project work to maintain / upgrade components of the business applications in an area of responsibility. This consists of items such as OS upgrades, firmware upgrades, database upgrades, application updates / upgrades and hardware / software testing. This involves working across multiple teams, both internal and external. 10% 5. Follow Corporate and IT policies and procedures. Ensure IT security is consulted regarding projects using new technology, guaranteeing compliance with all auditing, security, data privacy, and PCI regulations.
