| We have another new role (6+ months) for a Data Warehouse Administrator (2 positions). This is a 100% remote role, and candidates must reside in Florida. If they are on an OPT-EAD please make sure they have a minimum of 24 months remaining without the need for renewal Communication Excellent working with various team members at all levels Deadline for submission Thursday, May 16, 2024 Background Check Required Prior to hire, applicants must pass a Criminal Background check Education - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information systems or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (minimum of 5 years) Requirements - Minimum two (2) years experience with MS Azure SQL Server and Azure Data warehouse environment Minimum two (2) years experience with building, deploying, troubleshooting Data Extraction, and loading jobs using Azure data factory Minimum five (5) years experience with Agile methodology and Scrum Framework Minimum two (2) years DevOps experience and CI/CD methodology Minimum five (5) years experience in authoring and troubleshooting SQL Queries, Stored Procedures and ETL Processes Prociency in Python or PowerShell Essential Position Functions - Establish and enforce data warehousing standards to meet requirements and business needs. Evaluate our current back-end processes. Create and improve the underlying data design and flow of information. Utilize Azure stick modules such as Data Factories, Data Lake, SQL DW and Synapse in support of ongoing data warehouse and reporting needs. Assist in the overall architecture of the Azure Data Vault utilizing Data Vault 2.0 best practices. Build simple to complex pipelines and dataflows. Build reliable, scalable distributed systems for data analytics and reporting. Implement and maintain security and authorization framework modules. Integrate and maintain Row-Level Security (RLS) methodology. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve performance and production problems and data issues. Provide ongoing maintenance and support of Azure data environment. Document technical designs and architecture, workflow, dataflow and processes. Validate accuracy and consistency of the data in the database and test the developed routines. Provide a minimum of weekly status report updates for current projects.
