Strong skills in Production issue Root Cause Analysis, analyze Production incident/issues and identify the root cause, and find the permanent solutions; Analyze the application thread hung issue and out of memory issue and find the root cause; resolve the incident/issues escalated by L1 team. Strong experience in web server and application server SSL digital Certificates managements for Apache and Weblogic, Tomcat and Jboss application servers. Strong experience in using change management ticketing systems such as ServiceNow systems (or similar application) to manage Incidents, change and service request tickets. Strong experience in Unix shell scripting and Perl programming to automate Middleware Tomcat/JBOSS/Apache platform managements, systems administration and monitoring tasks. Over 6 years experience in Java programming, experience with Java Code Management is desired and a plus.
