We are located within the Market Facing Applications teams, within Business Operations. What program will this person be supporting Will this person be a part of a Guild If so, which one and how will they be contributing This individual will not be supporting a specific Program, but rather the chaos/quality assistance testing across all products and applications within modernization. What is your teams main responsibility The Avanti Command Center Quality Assistance team provides a Multi availability zone lower-level environment to ensure the quality of all modernized products and services and their functional readiness What will a typical work day look like for this contractor What are their expected hours This individual will be involved in the day to day Game Day resiliency testing for all modernization initiatives. These tests are executing in multiple regions and time zones to exercise operational maturity across Business Operations. The primary responsibilities for this role would be to provide coverage for Game Day activities including: test case identification, planning and scheduling of tests, CRQ creation, and consolidation of results.
