Involves in Ticket Resolution for Model N Flex Revenue Management & Validata Repetitive issues would be closely supervised, and RCA is done within a timeline to fix the issues permanently. SIT, UAT support for enhancement, development support, bug fixes, monitoring, product enhancements, training, release activities. Data extract for Audit and Business requirement and involve in Reconciliation data support Work closely with business to understand functional requirements, design and review the technical deliverables and implementation of the solution.
