Ability to sustain momentum under challenging circumstances, working with all stakeholders and delivery teams Demonstrates strong decision-making skills and problem-solving techniques Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, high-volume, rapidly changing environment Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles Both technically deep and business savvy enough to interface with cross-functional partners Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
