USC and GC Only Phone/Skype The position is for a subject matter expert with Workday Security, integrations, coaching mentoring, strategy and planning. Excellent communicator and collaborator. This is not just a does position. Job Notes I need you to get answers your to the qualifying questions below and sub them with your candidates or I will not submit them. Candidate Must have answer these quastions to qualifying What is your ability and appetite for travel to the office The expectation is for the contractor to be in office 1x/month or even every other month for 3-5 days at a time. Because this is a support team, they need someone to be there like every other month or every 6 six weeks to make the rounds and put faces with names. How have you created plan and supported the plan for Workday Security with a governance model to help the client manage and sustain Workday security over time What did that look like for you over the first 90 days of being at a client site What about on the subject of best practices around managing more on a day to day basis, assume theyve gone through the analysis and they have a job permissions and they have structure that everyone is comfortable with, they are meeting needs, and it is designed well, -- What is your take on how it gets managed over time Who gets to work on it and make decisions, changes, what is your overall take on that How would you go about educating the business leaders, functional leaders and the subject matter experts on how security actually works What would that "educational tour" look like to you Are you comfortable with presenting to internal stakeholders and getting buy in Workday Security Expert They need one of these people!! There is a lot to know about Security and so if they can find someone that has either Security/HR or Security/Finance that would be great. Bottom line, they need to be an expert in Security!!! They have a lot to learn and do. Susan would be amazed if we could find someone that is a true expert in Security and one of the other items (HR/Finance).
