Hold certifications such as Salesforce.com Application Architect or System Architect, in addition to Platform App Builder and Platform Developer II. Proficiently use the Salesforce developer toolkit, including Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Aura, LWC, Migration Tool, Web Services, Data Mapping, Workbench, VS Code, IDX, and SFDX. Familiarity with Lightning flows, and experience with Omni Studio and Vlocity (Must). Exposure to Service Cloud, Call Center Implementation, CTI, and Omnichannel (Must) Salesforce Ecosystem: Bonus points for experience with Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Web Studio, Email Studio, and Social Studio. Knowledge of tools like OwnBackup, Workato, DupeBlocker, and Heroku Platform (desirable). ==================================== Role - Cloud Security Analyst - Hybrid (Only USC) Location - Herndon,VA Experience with Cloud technologies, especially AWS, Azure, and/or Goggle Cloud, desirable Experience with FedRAMP and/or other authorization processes and NIST risk management framework Experience in developing, evaluating, and implementing information security architectures, technologies, standards, and practices to secure applications and IT systems, desirable Experience in development of security documentation such as SSP, policies, procedures, etc. Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work effectively with all levels of IT and business management. Familiarity with Testing, Development, Staging, and pre-production environment requiring cyber security support. Knowledge of Privacy Act, GDPR, and other data privacy frameworks. Experience in writing or executing system security documentation, authorization to operate packages, POA&Ms, and policies. Experience in reviewing/editing/writing technical documents Skill in preparing and making written and oral presentations of complex technical nature. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks Professional industry certifications in area of expertise. Knowledge of Best Practice and security guides (ex. NIST 800-53 rev 4, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP) Knowledge of security frameworks to include RMF, ISO, HIPAA, FedRAMP and HIPAA ISC CISSP or ISACA CISM or equivalent certification =============================== Role - Splunk Content Developer (Only USC) Location - Herndon,VA Hands-on experience in Splunk content development Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the rapidly evolving cyber threat landscape Windows and Linux operating system administration and Hardware, software, and network-level troubleshooting Prior DoD or FedRAMP experience Programming/scripting experience e.g.: Python, PowerShell, Bash, Golang, C, JS, SQL, etc. Cloud Platforms, e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and regulations such as NIST 800-171 or 800-53 Certifications: Splunk Certified Developer, Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin, Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin, Splunk Admin certification Data Science / Machine Learning / AI, Red Hat Enterprise Linux certifications, such as RHCSA or RHCSE Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) certifications ================================ Role - Oracle Apps DBA (Preferred Independent Visa) Location - Houston,TX- Onsite Manage and support multiple Development, Test and Production environments on Oracle applications. Perform clones, patching, and code migrations as necessary to support business requirements. Provide and maintain comprehensive documentation on database systems, configurations, processes and standards. Support 24/7 applications with strong understanding of backup and recovery best practices. Collaborate with the IT application teams to ensure database requirements are met. Protect data integrity and security through access control and regular security reviews. Strong level of knowledge in installation and maintenance of Oracle Applications and Oracle Databases. Experience installing, upgrading, Oracle systems. Knowledge of applying product specific patches and post-installation patches for different Apps modules. Strong experience and knowledge in configuration and support of Oracle web server, Form server, Concurrent processing server, and Apache web server. Oracle DBA expertise, including recent versions from 11g-19c.
