| We are looking for Data Lead/ Data Architect Location: Sacramento, CA Hybrid/Onsite 2 days a week H1B/GC/USC Only Local to CA Candidates JD: We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to oversee a highly skilled technical team comprising a Data Analyst/Data Modeler, BI Dashboard/Report Developer, and Data Warehouse Administrator/Database Administrator. The Data Lead will guide the team to deliver enterprise data warehouse solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical resources and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in enterprise data warehousing, data frameworks, and data architecture, with excellent communication and facilitation skills to interact with business users effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead a technical team in designing and implementing an enterprise data warehouse solution, ensuring integration across different data management frameworks. Oversee the development of conceptual and physical data models, data flow diagrams, and enterprise data management frameworks. Facilitate the creation and optimization of dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Microsoft Power BI. Guide the development, testing, and implementation of ETL jobs/scripts using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for efficient data processing. Drive the design, documentation, and implementation of robust data management strategies, including data governance, security, and compliance. Provide leadership in performance tuning, database administration, and data modeling to ensure optimal database and reporting performance. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Mentor and guide team members to adhere to industry standards and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise data warehousing and data frameworks. Proven experience leading teams in data management, data architecture, and business intelligence projects. Expertise in designing enterprise-wide data solutions and presenting them to clients. Strong understanding of Kimball Dimensional Data Modeling Framework. Familiarity with data governance, data security, and privacy regulations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage technical teams.
