Please forward related profiles to [email protected] Note: Please Dont share F1, OPT, OPT EAD, L2 EAD and H4 EAD work permit profile and please forward the related profiles with exp 8+ Role: Oracle OTL Payroll Location: onsite PA/OH JD: Supporting OTL and Payroll Modules along with the CEMLIs including inbound/outbound interfaces to third party systems requiring the following knowledge:- Extensive knowledge of the functionality and table structures of Oracle Applications Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business/technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their needs Familiarity with OTLR earning policies, shift differentials, rotations plan etc. Knowledge of Oracle patch analysis and Updates for statutory requirements Expertise in Payroll processes. Experience with personalization/customization and utilizing Oracle APIs and creating webADI integrators Experience opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support Understanding of multiple business groups and the impact throughout OTL and Payroll Processes Understanding change management process Troubleshooting production issues while critically thinking in pressure situations. Working with HRIS management team to understand priorities and meet deadlines and goals.
