| Hi Good Morning, Hope you are doing well We have a position for the below requirement. Role: IAM Architect Location: Remote Duration : 6 Months & above Job Description: Must Have We need IAM Architect with experience of Role Mining, ServiceNow workflows, Integration of homegrown IAM solution with ServiceNow, and target applications Experience with ERP led transformation/implementation projects, covering cloud/non-cloud solutions. Knowledge of business processes e.g., procurement, finance, sales, manufacturing. Knowledge of IAM-Saviynt tool. Experience with driving the Role Management process from a business perspective. Ability to coordinate with broader stakeholders such as business process team, IAM team, app security team, compliance team, etc. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience in Access Management and role management process definition. Familiarity with Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration platform is preferred. Strong understanding of access control principles and role-based access control (RBAC). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights for technical teams. Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and optimization. Role Management Process Definition: Lead the definition and documentation of role management processes, including role creation, modification, and review procedures. Work closely with business teams to understand access requirements and translate them into role definitions and entitlements. Develop comprehensive documentation outlining role management workflows and procedures for IAM team implementation. Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather access requirements and understand business processes that drive access needs. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to capture stakeholder input and ensure alignment with business objectives. Translate business requirements into clear and concise documentation for IAM team consumption. Saviynt Expertise: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IAM team, providing guidance on access management best practices and requirements. Leverage expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration platform to facilitate discussions around role management capabilities and configurations. Assist in the evaluation and selection of Saviynt modules and features to support role management processes. Process Improvement and Optimization: Continuously assess role management processes for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with business and IAM teams to implement process enhancements and automation initiatives.
