Its 100% remote and its a long term contract that can go perm NO h1s, OPTs- really should be at least a GC or GCEAD I guess a H4ead will work. They just need to be able to convert down the road. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide product support for SailPoint IIQ and production operations. This includes supporting IAM Engineerings processes, applications, and technology solutions. Responsibilities: Provide support, troubleshoot, and remediate Level 2 operations issues using SailPoint IIQ solution. Performs IAM technical operations support and development, including IIQ configuration changes, monitoring, responding to server events, gathering IAM statistics, and performing general maintenance by working with L2 and L3 IAM personnel and application stakeholders. Perform QA testing of development changes in SailPoint IIQ technology to support production implementations. Manage existing IAM infrastructure and work with help desk and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve/ fix issues and bugs. Perform after-hours work as needed for escalations, validations, and/or deployments. Work with IAM leaders, Enterprise Architecture, and Business teams to identify new areas where IAM can be utilized and enhance IAM capabilities to address new business needs. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, identifying the best option in an emergency. Ability to work with different teams and interact with technical and business personnel across the Enterprise.
