Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions. Responsibilities: Overall 5+ years of experience and proven experience with Genesys contact center technology. Strong understanding of telecommunications principles and contact center operations. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Genesys software components.
