Excellent experience in working with salesforce.com sandbox and production environments. Deep knowledge in the SDLC methodologies like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall models. The Salesforce Business Analyst is project-based and focuses on enhancing business processes and efficiency using Salesforce. They collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze requirements related to business challenges.
