Role: Oracle Field Service Cloud

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

Experience: 12+ Years

Responsibilities:

Should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud - TOA version 16 or higher, implementation, consultation, and production support.
Should have experience in core implementation, business architecture, product support, and technical architecture evaluation.
Should have played a client-facing role as a Technology Architect / Lead Consultant
Should have worked in an onsite-offshore engagement
Business process design using Oracle Field Service Cloud in the client landscape holding multiple applications.
Requirement gathering and design activities for large complex field service cloud implementations which encompasses consultation on field service cloud best practices, best possible usage etc.
Strong Functional expertise and implementation/configuration experience in the following modules:
Oracle Field Service Core Manage
Oracle Field Service Mobility
Oracle Field Service Collaboration
Oracle Field Service Routing (Routing plans, re-optimization, adding custom fields/ filters for routing)
Oracle Field Service Capacity (Capacity/ Quota Management)
Oracle Field Service Forecasting
Oracle Field Service Customer Communication
Multi-Lingual Configurations/ Setups
Analytics

Technical Expertise in the following areas:

Integrations of OFSC with custom applications, mobile apps, applications like EBS, RightNow, and homegrown applications.
Workflows & Business Rules
Message base scenarios/ template design
Advanced Routing configurations
Multi-day activity setup.
Configuration (including initial setup etc.)
System Administration for resource setup
Instance setup etc.
Good oral and written communication skills

Role: Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation

Location: 
Remote

Duration: Long Term

Experience: 12+ Years

Responsibilities:

Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (FIC) Business Requirements, Analysis, Design, Configuration, Integration and Quality Assurance.

Candidate must have experience in at least 4 full-fledged implementations of the Fusion Incentive Compensation module in the Cloud.

Hands-on in Business Process Modeling and simplification.

Hands-on experience in Analysis & configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit and classification rules in Fusion Incentive compensation.

Candidate must be able to analyze all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases.

Candidate must have experience in leading client resources in the capacity of a Subject Matter Expert / Architect.

Good oral and written communication skills

Role: Oracle CPQ

Location: 
Remote

Duration: Long Term

Experience: 12+ Years

Required Skills:
Demonstrated competencies in Management Consulting, Business Analysis and Requirements gathering
Should have experience working with Manufacturing customers with understanding of key business processes like Order to Cash, Configure To Order, Engineer To Order etc.
Experienced CPQ consultant with in-depth knowledge of the Oracle CPQ implementations
Should be able to follow and recommend CPQ best practices and coding standards
Should have the capacity to transform the given requirements into implementations
Hands on experience in configuring Oracle CPQ Cloud including Commerce, Product hierarchy, Configuration Rules, Complex Pricing, document designer and interfaces to external systems
Candidate should have exposure to advanced features of Oracle CPQ.
Work experience in handling CRM and ERP Integrations
Experience in any of the integrations like Oracle CPQ Cloud with Oracle OM Cloud, Oracle CX products including Oracle Commerce Cloud, Sales cloud and Oracle EBS applications
Consultant should be strong in BML scripting and core CPQ functionalities.
Oracle CPQ cloud certification is preferred.

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field
analytical and conceptual thinker with innovative capacity
ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, and provide structure to complex problems
collaboration, teaming, excellent presentation and communication (written, oral) skills
integrity, maturity and dependability
