Looking for a solid SR PM with: Service Now - platform, HW, process, business rediness, Systems Datacenter ITSM Experience is more important than certs From a larger company Job Description A Project Management role has opened within the Program Management Office (PMO) for a skilled project management professional to deploy key ITSM process in a ServiceNow environment (Event, Incident and Problem Management) ideally in a Datacentre Operations environment. Within Digital Realty, the Project Manager defines scope, develops and maintains the project schedule, manages the project team, provides status reporting, and is responsible for project deliverables. Key Skills Required 3-5 years of Project Management experience. Experience deploying ITSM process in a ServiceNow environment. Experience working with virtual teams across multiple regions. Experience in managing the critical aspects of enterprise application / process transition projects, from requirements, to design, to development, to test, to change control, to release, and to support. Ability to quickly grasp the strategic, tactical, and organizational aspects and value of a project and its deliverables. Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills. Ability to deliver results on time and to the very highest standards. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Executive Stakeholder management skills and experience. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines. Foster Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness. Lead: Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization.
