Required Skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience as a Cache Database Administrator/Developer, with a focus on EPIC Clarity, Cogito, and Caboodle modules, in a healthcare IT environment. Proficiency in Cache database administration, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Extensive experience with EPIC Clarity data models, Cogito data warehousing, and Caboodle data marts, including configuration and optimization. Strong understanding of HL7 standards and experience with HL7 interface development and integration. Hands-on experience with EPIC systems, including EPIC Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, and other EPIC modules, is highly desired. Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and security best practices for healthcare data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a client-facing role and multidisciplinary team environment. Certifications such as Cache Certified Expert (CCE) or EPIC certification in Clarity Data Model, Cogito Administration, or Caboodle Data Model is a plus.
