Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Architect to mentor technical leaders, provide cloud solutions for application migration to Oracle Cloud, and lead deployment architecture, security, and data migration solutions. This role involves evaluating industry trends, implementing large-scale public cloud platform-based solutions, and driving innovation within the company. (Contract) Role: - Oracle Cloud Architect Location: Houston, TX Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Essential Skills: Hands-on experience with the Oracle Cloud platform and related IaaS/PaaS services. Expertise in Kubernetes, DevOps, and Architecture in multi-site, multi-cloud environments. Experience in designing Oracle Cloud architecture for enterprises, including network, security, integration, automation, and tools. Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Experience designing large-scale environments with Windows and Linux. Experience with private, public, and hybrid cloud models using Oracle Cloud. Knowledge in designing service management, orchestration, monitoring, and management for cloud platforms. Strong understanding of enterprise architectures and cloud reference architectures. Expertise in high availability, security, disaster recovery, backup, and retention architectures on Oracle Cloud. Hands-on experience with application migration to Oracle Cloud and deploying applications on Oracle Cloud. Ability to work in a multi-cloud environment and translate business challenges into technical solutions. Ability to advise and guide customers through cloud evolution processes. Strong communication skills with senior leadership, technical architects, and SMEs. Desirable Skills: Experience with storage deployment and fine-tuning using EMC, Hitachi, NetApp, etc. Experience with LAN and WAN deployment and fine-tuning. Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere products such as vSphere, vCloud Director, SRM, vCenter Operations, etc. Oracle Cloud migration experience, DevOps, and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and automation using Terraform and Ansible.
