Collect business requirements, validate data, and develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making. Collaborate across technical and operational teams to deliver data solutions that meet business and governance requirements, utilizing operational, financial, and clinical data. The Data Engineer will leverage the technical prowess and business acumen to drive performance improvements through data and analytics. This role involves uncovering insights within extensive data sets, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes, and communicating data-driven solutions to enhance business outcomes. Required Experience and Skill: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, analytics, computer science, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 3-4 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation, with proficiency in Tableau Desktop and database development.
