We are currently seeking Technical Professionals who are searching for challenging and rewarding jobs for the following opportunity: Our growing client in Orange County, CA an innovative leader in US based Manufacturing is hiring for a self-starting LEAD Full Stack Web Developer to support and mentor their Engineering team s initiatives and projects. You will start in a contract-to-hire capacity. The LEAD Full Stack Developer will work alongside other Developers (on shore and offshore) on their portfolio of projects related to business applications and software development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the scoping, design, development, and implementation of small-scale software applications that drive business innovation and competitive advantage. This role will lead a team of 6 with varying technical skillsets including backend SQL only, Full Stack, Application Support, and FrontEnd with MS SQL Server, PostGreSQL, Nodejs, React Remix js. Some projects will support a quick and dirty approach while still delivering business value, while others will take months of planning and execution. The successful Developer that will thrive in this role will be very flexible, and able to pivot with changing priorities; have the ability multitask, be disciplined, timeline conscious and be self-organized, while also not afraid to do their own tech research and make your voice heard. Where You're Located: ONISTE- possibly Hybrid role 3 days WFH/ 2 on-site in Orange County, CA ( John Wayne Airport area) Minimum Required skills: Min of 6 years with relevant web application development experience in Full Stack environment in PostGreSQL/ Nodejs/ React (60% backend/ 40% frontend) Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure (Azure or AWS) Understanding of modern React, including hooks Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server Extensive experience building web APIs with Node.js Some integration experience with CRM s such as Hubspot or Salesforce helpful Strong understanding of in Business Intelligence and Visualization of Data utilizing tools such as Azure Data Factory or AWS equivalent Some experience with frontend web development, including CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Python Experience working in an Agile/ SCRUM/ consistent delivery environment with constantly changing priorities Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Github, Gitlab or Bitbucket Familiarity with continuous integration helpful Experience with Agile software development lifecycle tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Understanding of IT technologies, trends, interdependencies and challenges and equipped to brainstorm with Engineers building innovative solutions that consistently challenges the status quo. Flexible, with proven ability to positively respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities Positive and strong team player with a good work ethic Bachelor of Computer Science Degree or related years of experience required Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, implement and maintain small, medium & large-scale IT software application projects Build a React Remix js, Nodejs, PostGreSQL stack application in Azure Apps Services Create efficient, reusable, and reliable code Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including standup meetings, sprint plannings, backlog groomings and retrospectives during two-week sprints Define use cases, brainstorm solutions and generate logic rules based on common practices.
