Front line Vetting of requests Should have strong business communication skills. Ability to focus on high quality of deliverables accurately and timely. Intermediate levels of proficiency in MS Office and good skills in MS Excel Ability to learn fast, retain knowledge and adapt quickly to evolving business requirements and /or changes. Familiarity with working in a multi-stakeholder and outcome driven environment. Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability in order to proactively take ownership and provide resolutions promptly. Customer service background/experience is preferrable.
