Role: Program Manager Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Must Have Skills Program Manager 10+ years Scrum Master : 5+ years MS Dynamics: 2+ years Requirements: Must have 4-7+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs) Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks Experience with transformational projects and/or Cloud-related projects Must be a quick learner who can connect the dots Will be managing big initiatives, interacting with key executive-level stakeholders Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall Scrum knowledge to swiftly coordinate with Scrum team or run scrums if required Experience managing software development programs, >2 is a plus Created project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments Nice to Have: Working experience as Scrum Master for 2-3 years Knowledge in Zendesk, SAP ECC, SFDC and Microsoft Dynamics technologies.
