Possesses expertise in both the theory (integration patterns and best practices) and the practical implementation of enterprise integrations. Demonstrates expertise in the relevant integration technologies to be used. Has real-world experience taking a project's integration needs from requirements gathering through conceptual design, technical desiuratgn, performance planning, solution implementation, monitoring, and post-production support.
