Our expectation is to maximize these insights to reduce advertising expenditure, while simultaneously optimizing for receptivity to ensure a steady flow of new MDLive members. To achieve these tasks, profound understanding of methodologies such as natural language processing, response modelling, tokenization and lemmatization is essential.
